Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas, Nevada
This position is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the delivery of purchased vehicles to customers. As a Customer Service Representative, Delivery Operations, you will:
Frequently interact with customers in person, by phone, email, and text.
Coordinate with customers the delivery of vehicles purchased from the company.
Keep and maintain accurate detailed notes of customer interactions.
Complete a pre-delivery checklist to assure the vehicle is ready for delivery.
Promptly respond to customer requests and assist customers to resolve issues and complaints.
Resolve complex issues with guidance from others.
Put together fun customized care packages.
Operate customized single-car haulers on public roads to deliver newly purchased vehicles to customers.
Accurately complete customer paperwork.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Don't need a special license to drive the hauler.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Minimum 1 year retail or hospitality customer service experience.
Must have a driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to consistently comply with laws and policies pertaining to the operation of vehicles.
Ability to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner.
Ability to work outdoors regularly.
Ability to move in and out of vehicles regularly.
Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, and squat.
Ability to occasionally pull and lift up to 5 lbs.
Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
