Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Location: Laramie, WY

Hourly Rate: $18.56

Duration: Monday, September 9th to Thursday, September 12th

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:

Adecco is helping a local client seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for a short-term assignment in Laramie, WY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including handling phone calls, taking messages, greeting clients, and managing application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and direct calls as necessary

  • Take and relay messages accurately

  • Greet clients of the program and provide necessary assistance

  • Distribute and collect applications from clients

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Professional demeanor

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred

Pay Details: $18.56 per hour
