Job Summary/Description:
WILX Media, a Gray Television station located in Lansing, Michigan has an opening for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team of integrated marketing/advertising professionals. This is a high-energy position and must be able to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time. The right candidate will be a quick learner, an excellent communicator, and highly organized. The ability to meet timely deadlines will be critical.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist National, and General Sales Manager in accurately entering orders and makegoods in our traffic/billing system as needed. • Assist in researching credit requests and/or contract discrepancies. • Must understand and maintain the highest level of client service. • Assist as needed during political season, including uploading information to FCC Website • Will be cross-trained as a backup for our commercial Traffic/Copy Manager. • Support local sales team as needed. • Other duties as assigned by management.
