Job Description

This position is part of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation's (MEDC) Business Systems Development Team. In a learning capacity, this position assists developers with a variety of responsibilities on multiple information technology systems; primarily the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, the Enterprise Data Warehouse & Reporting, and the Genesys Contact Center System. This position will be involved in learning new development on maintenance and enhancement cases which would encompass design, development of code, testing, implementation, and support.

NOTE: Employees classified as Student Assistants are limited to a maximum of 129 work hours per calendar month. Funding for this Student Assistant position is approved through Fiscal Year 2025. There is possibility for extension beyond September 30, 2025, but there is no guarantee.
