Chemours is seeking a Commercial Process and Systems Leader to join our growing Titanium Technologies team! This position will report directly to the Commercial Enablement Leader at our Wilmington, DE location.

Chemours’ Titanium Technologies (TT) business is seeking a Commercial Process and Systems Leader focusing on driving time and resource efficiency, maximizing effectiveness, and ensuring success in achieving commercial objectives. Key work includes commercial process development, standardization, continuous improvement, reinforcement, and training. This role will have global TT ownership for critical commercial systems, including Salesforce (SFDC) and eCommerce Portals (Ti-Pure™ Flex and Connect), and will leverage and utilize data and digital tools/systems to enable commercial success. This global role will collaborate effectively across the various regional commercial teams including sales, customer service, technical service as well as market, product, and demand management.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and standardize commercial processes and document within Playbook documents, leveraging digital tools and best practices.

  • Engages with global commercial teams to identify areas for improvement and leads efforts to drive implementation.

  • Develop and administers training as well as on-going re-enforcement and support to commercial teams and leaders, including KPI development and dashboards, based upon identified needs.

  • As Global TT owner for Salesforce and eCommerce Portals, helping to define systems strategy, improvement roadmap, run-and-maintain activities including UAT and active engagement with corporate governance boards.

  • Provides coordination, oversight, and support, including knowledge management and retention, for Salesforce and eCommerce Portals regional key users within TT.

  • Understands TT commercial strategy and objectives and make the connection between these objectives and project deliverables.

  • Engages with Business Process Innovation (BPI) teams to investigate and integrate latest innovations and technologies (including advanced data science and AI) to advance digital tooling capabilities.

  • Role-model for Chemours values and competencies

The following is required for this role:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role or related field

  • Strong experience in data/digital systems, development of digital tools, dashboards, run-and-maintain support, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Experience driving continuous improvement projects, including coordination across cross-functional teams

  • Experience establishing and driving strategic initiatives.

  • Strong computer skills including MS office, Power BI, DevOps, SFDC

  • Strong Influence Leadership skills

  • Strong Business Acumen

  • Demonstrated capability to drive results

The following is preferred for this role:

  • Experience with SFDC and/or Chemours eCommerce platforms (for external: SAP C4 / Hybris)

  • Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)

  • Understanding of financial analysis

Pay Range (in local currency):

$120,064.00 - $187,600.00

Annual Bonus Target:

14%
