Matrix Consulting Engineers Billing Assistant in Lansing, Michigan

The billing assistant is an integral part of the daily operations for our company.  They will be responsible for issuing invoices to clients, work on billing with staff, and stay on top of collections.  Other key responsibilities include accurate and timely data entry, build and maintain a collections process, and troubleshoot issues.  In this role it is crucial to have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to communicate with clients.  Must be able to multi-task and work in a strong team/collaborative setting. Billing experience is preferred and knowledge or experience in billing for engineers would be helpful but not required.

The Billing Assistant will work directly for the Director of Administration and Finance.
