We are seeking a Behavior Health Technician to join our team at our program in Montgomery County, PA. If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or a Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you! No experience required- we provide PAID RBT training and have opportunities for clinical supervision towards licensure. (BCBA, LPC, LSW, LCSW.) Position Details At Merakey, you can make a change in the life of a child. Using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis - ABA) to provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings. Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Required: Minimum High school diploma/GED Preferred: 2 years' experience in the division of behavioral health services (e.g., was a TSS/BHT) Completed 40-hour RBT training Completed coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field
