Allegiance Staffing Plumber in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Allegiance Staffing has partnered with an innovative and award-winning modular construction company located in Leola, PA. They have been experts in modular and offsite construction since 1945.
We are currently looking to add an experience Plumber to their team. The ideal Plumber should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adept at self-managing, and have a talent at suggesting new ideas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installing, repairing and maintaining domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing systems
- Marking positions for pipe connections and fixtures in walls and floors
- Cutting openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
- Measuring, cutting, bending and installing pipes using hand and power tools
- Joining pipes using clamps, screws, bolts or cement
- Welding pipes
- Testing pipes for leaks
- Preparing cost estimates
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
SKILLS:
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
- Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
HOURS: 6:00am -- 2:30pm MONDAY - FRIDAY
PAY RATE: $17 - $24 based on experience
