We are a Lancaster-based private investigations firm seeking computer proficient, internet savvy individuals who can communicate effectively and have an insatiable curiosity to join our team as entry-level Facility Canvass Investigators. The position requires a combination of phone investigations, internet research, and compiling the discovered results.

Successful Facility Canvass Investigators are tasked with gathering information via phone and must be able to think and react swiftly and be able to establish a trusting rapport over the telephone in a brief span of time.

This position is not a Customer Service position per se, but it requires many of the same skills, particularly for those with previous phone customer service experience. As in customer service, candidates can expect to be on the phone for a good portion of the workday, maintaining a friendly, outgoing yet composed personality while collecting information.

Qualified candidates should be well-spoken, easy to understand and be adept at problem solving. Individuals with a background in medical terminology or claims customer service would be helpful, but not required. In addition to phone calls, our canvass investigators also perform internet research to identify applicable faciities and compile reports of their findings upon completion. As a result, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, and general internet browsing experience are required.

In-office, full-time positions are available as well as part-time opportunies.

Because we are a state-licensed private investigations firm, all applicants must undergo a thorough criminal background check.
