We are hiring a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team of talented medical professionals, to assist practitioners who conduct a one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Lancaster, PA.
Employment Status: Full Time
Compensation: This is an hourly position.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. (Male gender requirement)

Requirements: The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) must have and meet the following:
Male only required for this job role. "When a patient is seen by a Medical Assistant, the Lancaster, PA facility provides the patient with the option for either a male Medical Assistant or female Medical Assistant, according to what will make the patient most comfortable during a sensitive examination or procedure. The Lancaster, PA facility therefore must provide patients with access to both male and female Medical Assistant to facilitate patient choice. This posting is specifically for a Male Medical Assistant,which will allow the Lancaster, PA facility to fulfill its male Medical Assistant staffing needs. IF required by state of operation: Maintains unrestricted and in good standing certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
Phlebotomy Certification from accrediting training course, when required by state requirements.
Active/Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
Valid U.S. Drivers License and ability/willingness to drive between work locations.
Minimum of four (3) years of relevant clinical experience (i.e., Primary Care, Family Care, Internal Medicine,
Occupational Health, or Urgent Care).
Willingness to complete CAOCH and Drug Testing Collection Certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Veterans, Service Members and Federal Employees.
