The Project Admin is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of a project.

  • Schedule meetings, taking minutes and preparing lists of action items.
  • Responsible for documentation between PM, Sales Reps and Customers such as order acknowledgements, drawing, manuals and required reports.
  • Monitor schedules and track project progress for BOMs, drawings, production status, and purchased parts.
  • Assist with coordinating and tracking shipments and documentation needed.
  • Support the project manager and coordinate with team members and production to facilitate efficient execution.
  • Maintain invoicing for service contracts and commissioning field service contracts.
  • Facilitate communication between Diamond International facilities for requirements need ed on projects, drawings, documentation, and shipping.
  • Maintain communication and reports in project folders.

``` - Organizational Skills - must be able to manage and p rioritize multiple tasks. - Communications Skills - written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. - Software Skills - Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, EBS ( Oracle experience a plus), or other operating systems. - Detail Oriented - maintaining emails and reports and other documents in contract folder. - Analytical Skills - able to identify potential problems , suggest possible solutions, and work with project managers to resolve. - Technical Skills - familiar with installation drawings mechanical or electrical and production workflow processes. - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with 1 year work experience - Associates Degree in Business Administration or Technical Education with 3 years experience - High School Diploma with (5) years work experience.
