- Trains new employees, and ensures the food safety standards set by the State/Federal/Benedictine are met.
- Fosters an engaged culture with the culinary team.
- Fills in when needed in the kitchen and dining area.
- Orders food and kitchen supplies and works with approved vendors.
Qualifications Required
Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course or completion within the first 90 days of employment.
Completion of Certified Dietary Manager course or willingness to complete CDM course in first 2 years of employment
