Adecco US, Inc. CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift Angle Operator) in Lamar, South Carolina
As a 2nd Shift Angle Operator , you will be responsible for operating and maintaining angle machines to cut and shape metal parts to meet production specifications. You will ensure quality standards are met, monitor machine performance, and work closely with the production team to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate angle machines to cut and shape metal materials according to job specifications and blueprints.
Monitor machine settings and adjust to maintain optimal cutting quality and precision.
Perform routine inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and changing tools or parts.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and report issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Maintain accurate production records and document machine performance and part specifications.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols and company policies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant work experience).
Previous experience operating angle or similar machinery in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift regularly.
Willingness to work 2nd shift with potential overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
