Bridge City, LA, United States 19936R2024416943-ddbf2d73e727f947b71fe17ae9b42444 Cox Communications The Organizational Development and Effectiveness Senior Analyst provides consultation and advice helping leaders, teams and organizations improve overall capability, work performance, and effectiveness using data and analytics as a guide. Engages with leaders and teams to assess business objectives, process flows, capability requirements, gaps, and developmental needs; and, to define, develop and execute planned, organization-wide improvement initiatives and strategies backed by internal and external research methods. Recommends actions to mitigate financial/ competitive risks and to realize opportunities for cost savings and incremental growth. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Provides Organization Development (OD) and organizational effective (OE) consultation and support for multiple organizations or functions across CCI. Contributes to the design, development and implementation of OD and OE initiatives with cross-organization/function impact. May design, manage and/or work with strategic planning partners and business partners to integrate workstream analytics into broader projects/ planning efforts in delivering OD and OE initiatives, including those focused on: Strategic workforce planning Organization Design Process Improvement Project-related issue analysis and risk management Post-project execution and integration Benefits realization Team development and work group conflict resolution Role clarity Change management. Drives the efforts to improve organizational culture, productivity, decision-making, performance, and effectiveness. Supports the facilitation of working group meetings, retreats, and workshops in support of OD and OE strategies, ensuring effective meeting design and consultation. Conducts interviews and focus groups; elicits business needs from conversations with stakeholders. Identifies and uses assessment instruments and psychometrics to analyze individual and group behaviors that provide insight into behaviors, aptitude, personality, emotional intelligence, and risk behaviors. May support the work of external consultants or internal customers engaged to support key initiatives helping with project research and implementation. Collaborates with team to: Refine measurement, tracking and reporting approaches in pursuit of desired business outcomes. Address challenges related to organizational structure, communication, and decision-making processes. Utilize data, insights, expertise, and reported findings to assess the organization's current state and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as structure, staffing, skill gaps, culture, engagement, process, programs, and people strategies. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the impact of organizational development and effectiveness initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline tools and processes and integrate tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of processes and programs and to drive consistent outcomes across various departments. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum BA/BS degree in related discipline (Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Talent Management, Org Effectiveness or Org Development) with 4 years of experience required in a related field (Org Effectiveness, Org Development, Workforce Strategy, Human Resources, Talent Management; OR 8 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Proven track record of strong collaboration with several stakeholders, ability to work in a matrix environment, partner, and influence others at all levels of the organization to ensure mutual goals are achieved.
