SCOPE: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones, providing pricing and delivery, setting up of new customer accounts, processing orders, responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. This role will also work closely with management to identify new sales opportunities within the Medical & Industrial markets for Superior's entire product line through its network of OEM's, Gas Distributors and Medical Dealers. The Customer Service Representative is expected to be a customer advocate and represent Superior Products to our customers. This role will go through a comprehensive training program on the products and services that Superior Products manufactures and provides and the markets it works with to ensure the Customer Service Representative is equipped with the necessary knowledge to perform all assigned duties. RESPONSIBILITIES: Required: Process customer inquiries/communications via email, phone, or other means in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Support the sales team to ensure customer quotes and orders are accurate and complete. Maintain a positive attitude towards all customers (both internal and external) and promote company products and services. Respond timely and effectively to customer inquiries and when necessary to customer concerns/complaints. Attend regular customer service departmental meetings.
