DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Electrician – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Lakewood, NY.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirement for this role is an accredited 2 year Associates degree in the field of Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
The winning candidate(s) will be placed into our NYS Apprenticeship program and must complete 8,000hrs of OJT. Upon successful graduation from the program an official Journeyman's card will be awarded and the employee will transition to a full-time Skills Trade working in either the Assembly or Machining departments. Shift placement will be based on business need at the time of graduation. It is expected that these roles will be either on 2nd or 3rd shift.
Compensation – Salary range $22.69-$34.03
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The
final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s
qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
