Creative Circle Paid Media Specialist in Lakeville, Minnesota
Our CPG client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist with strong project management capabilities to support an upcoming maternity leave. This role is: - 20-40 hours per week - Remote, but preferred to be local to Minneapolis area to come onsite 1 day/week - Starts May 5th and will run through September 8th, 2025 In this role, you will be responsible for: - Assist in project brief creation, kicking projects off, review and release assets to be launched online - Budget tracking across all programming into various trackers and tools - Creating templated decks for monthly reporting - Ensuring all of their Asset Managers are tracking projects appropriately - Partner closely with their agency of record that handles all paid media execution to define and deliver on campaign KPIs, closely monitoring programs - Continuously monitor and analyze paid media programs with the AOR, improve campaigns as you understand the audiences more, and identify opportunities to increase impact - Support the creative process flow for retail media, including initial requests, feedback, internal and external reviews, and project deployment - Manage internal and external creative briefs, project timelines, and deliverables The ideal candidate will have: - 1-2 years of experience in marketing across paid media planning, strategy or execution - Budget tracking experience with exceptional organizational skills (using Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Strong understanding of KPIs, CPC, and ROAS - Great attitude, direct in your approach and in asking for feedback, and ability to adapt quickly Wow us with: - Having project managed in the digital media space and understands the media language (i.e. sizing, TV linear specs, bit rate file display assets, etc.) - A background working with or at a creative agency - Expertise using PM tools - i.e. Asana or another relevant PM software.
