Job Title: Patient Support Services Location: Lakeland, FL Pay: $15.50/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm with one rotating weekend a month Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Respond to incoming phone calls, and placing outgoing calls to others in the organization
- Primary point of contact for customers calling to enroll in company service programs, placing orders and checking on the status of an order
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Call Center experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Good data entry skills
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- High School Diploma/GED
