The purpose of this position is to oversee the departmental administrative functions by:

  • overseeing the administrative functions of Facilities Design

  • providing administrative and clerical assistance to the Director of Design

  • assisting other Facilities Design Managers and associates with administrative tasks

Year End Bonus:

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.

  • 2 years general office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration

  • 5 years in administrative office experience in a Facilities department

  • knowledge of the Facilities organizational structure and individual department functions

  • knowledge of Publix benefits and disability guidelines

  • knowledge of Publix policies and procedures

  • knowledge of Publix organization and structure

  • knowledge of Corporate Travel Guidelines

  • knowledge of Publix Structured Writing

  • intermediate knowledge Timekeeping system and BrassRing
