ManTech Senior Logistics Manager, Part-Time in LAKEHURST, New Jersey

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Part time Senior Logistic Manager to join our team in the Lakehurst, NJ area. The part time requirement will consist of three days per week with one of three days reporting in-office. The remaining workweek can be performed via tele-work as required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide experienced Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) logistics support

  • Prepare and recommend improvements to product support and maintenance concepts and/or requirements

  • May train junior logistics managers in all matters of ALRE Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

  • Analyze best approaches for expending resources to ensure adequate and affordable logistics support posture while forecasting future needs

  • Lead the process of submitting Class I Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)

  • Develop ILS Certifications for new shipboard configuration installs

  • Provide detailed analysis and support of Supply Chain

  • Establish fiscal year team budgets to include multiple appropriations; SCN, OPN, OMN, RDT&E, etc.

  • Develop and update Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSPs)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university; 15 years of relevant DOD logistics support for entire life cycle related to DOD systems experience may be accepted in leu of degree.

  • 10 years of logistics support for entire life cycle related to DoD systems, Aircraft Launch & Recovery Equipment (ALRE).

  • Must be willing to travel (a maximum number of two trips per year to east coast locations)

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires a current/active U.S. government secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

The projected compensation range for this position is $128,300-$213,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
