JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is now looking for a Outlet Manager with fantastic benefits! This role will provide oversight for the Outlets team to include Grand Cafe, Grand Central, In Room Dining, Lobby Lounge & Pool Bar. They will coordinate the activities of the staff to deliver quality product and service to restaurant customers! Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings. Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments. Interact positively with customers promoting hotel facilities and services. Resolve problems to satisfaction of involved parties. Organize special events in the restaurant. Maintain rapport with all departments and attend relevant meetings. Control reservations in a manner which fully utilizes space but does not affect ability to provide quality service. Ensure food quality and service standards are met. Maintain profitability of outlet to support overall hotel operation. Control payroll and equipment costs. Utilize computer to accurately charge customers, create forecast and revenue reports, and write correspondence. Support the entire food / beverage operation including supervising other areas if necessary, handling special projects, running promotions, handling public relations and marketing. Perform other duties as assigned. The Qualifications: Previous F/B management experience required; preferably in a destination restaurant or steakhouse environment. Fine dining experience required. Thorough wine knowledge. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong administrative skills. Professional demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization in a professional manner. Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions. Must be able to lift up to 70lbs. Bachelor\'s degree desired. Ability to work nights, weekends, and...
