Pathway Health is looking for an experienced registered nurse(RN) that is interested in being an Interim Director of Nursing (DON). The Interim DON position is a flexible, project-based role that performs a wide range of professional consulting to our post-acute and aging services clients. SALARY RANGE: $45-$50/hr. DOQ Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Duties: Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested Identify training needs: plan and conduct training/in-services as necessary Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines Functions within scope of work as defined by the client Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations We re excited to meet you!
