Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17.02 /Hour
What you'll be doing as a Custodian Worker:
Worker will be handling janitorial and custodial services for common areas of a community.
Job duties include sweeping, mopping, and maintaining laundry rooms.
Sweeping and mopping
Washing sinks, windows, screens, walls, and floors
Picking up paper, trash, debris, and empty out trash cans.
Sweeping, hosing, squeegeeing common area stairs and handrails
Assist residents in opening doors to laundry and refuse rooms and tunnel gates
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends
Job requirements:
Housekeeping Skills
Janitorial Skills
Work effectively with co-workers, customers, and other by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.
Keep Commitments
Ability to maintain a schedule of cleaning and work with minimum supervision.
Ability to learn the operation and care of vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, polishing machines, and other custodial equipment.
Background check and drug test required
