Job Duties:
Monitor manufacturing operations and identify malfunctions to ensure efficiency in manufacturing of automotive parts, such as dash complete, radiator center panel, package tray side, wheel house inner completer and cowl cross. Assist engineers in analyzing manufacturing data and operation standard. Troubleshoot or monitor industrial machinery and manufacturing systems to increase productivity. Inspect and record inspection logs periodically after performing inspections on manufacturing systems and components to increase performance and maintain safety and accuracy. Provide technical support and resolve problem in manufacturing engineering systems and equipment after conducting inspections. Prepare production documents including operating procedures, manufacturing records, inventory reports or production reports. Perform preventive actions to improve optimization in manufacturing process.
Required: Associate degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
