YOUR ROLE

The plant Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing daily functional administrative support to the Site Leadership Team and all other site employees. The responsibilities will involve daily interaction with employees across various departments, including Corporate, and ensuring seamless handling of all activities.

  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to all site employees, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing communication channels via in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails. Assess the urgency of issues and take appropriate action.

  • Coordinate meetings and internal/external events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.

  • Manage office supply procurement, ensuring adequate inventory levels for smooth operation, including overseeing the site-specific purchase order and invoice process.

  • Provide support to the off-site HR Manager, assisting with New Hire Orientation, confidential paperwork, training records, internal communications, and any other necessary tasks.

  • Handle reports and special projects to contribute to the site's operational efficiency and effectiveness.

YOUR SKILLS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • At least three years of experience in an administrative support role, with a minimum of one year in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with personnel at all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to work Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4pm, with some flexibility in start/end time.

The salary for this role is $18.00 - $22.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
