Crossroads Motorsports is Hiring . We Have a position open for a sales Manager. Pays 18hr + sales Bonus . Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Crossroads Motorsports Lafayette. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for listing and marketing units meeting sales targets and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the powersports industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge and passion for powersports Motivated to Sales and making Sales bonuses (more you do more you earn) Experience with FandI and Marketing Experience with CRM software
