Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will have a variety of job duties, including reviewing work orders at the start of your shift and performing preventative maintenance on baking ovens and packing machines. You will inspect and test machinery components such as bearings, gears, and shafts. Your role involves installing and repairing electrical apparatuses, gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. You will set up and operate lathes, grinders, drills, and engage in occasional fabrication to cut or join metal parts.

Environment

The work environment is a production setting that maintains an SQF System regulating quality within food safety. The culture is inclusive and family-oriented, focusing on teamwork and positive employee morale. The company employs around 500 individuals. Shifts include Day Shift: 5:30am-5:30pm, and Night Shift: 5:30pm-5:30am, running for 12 hours.
