WAREHOUSE/ORDER FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR IS A LEADERSHIP ROLE. You will have the opportunity to utilize your order fulfillment, inventory, dock receipt, and leadership abilities to ensure the success of our warehouse team. ● Develop and enforce timely order pick and pack operations. ● Coordinate sample order processing. ● Execute inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. ● Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation. ● Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse. ● Receive incoming shipments, inspecting them for accuracy, completeness, and quality. ● Utilize warehouse management systems and bar code scanning software to track inventory and perform necessary transactions. ● Provide regular reports and updates on warehouse activities, including productivity, inventory levels, and any issues or concerns. ● Train new associates on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. ● Lead a team of 2-4 team members.
