Great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist. We are seeking an experienced A/P Specialist for a full-time ONSITE position in Lavergne, TN. If you have payables experience in construction or manufacturing, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you in Rutherford County. Performing a 3 way match, coding and entering 100+ invoices/week, researching invoice discrepancies, etc. are some of the tasks you'll be performing in this position. This direct hire opportunity comes with a competitive benefits package and opportunity for growth.
salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Code and enter high volume of invoices into QuickBooks each week
Perform 3 way matching - invoice, packing list and purchase order
Provide research and work with project managers and vendors when invoices are incorrect
Ensure statements are correct and paid on time
Inventory charge outs/charge ins
