We are looking for passionate, purposeful, and highly motivated Division Managers (DM’S) who will contribute to the revenue growth of the organization by bringing in new business. We are looking for leaders who are driven and looking for unlimited earning opportunities and establishing a long-term career with us.

Paynada Offers our Division Sales Managers:

Base salary + uncapped Commissions earn on what you sell and overrides on what your team sells.

Commissions paid weekly.

Lifetime Residual income on what you sell and overrides on what your team sells.

W-2 Position with full health/Dental/Life benefits after 30 days.

401K Company match.

Portfolio equity after vested on all residuals.

Best-in-class internal sales and merchant support team.

Ability to sign on referral sources and grow your business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Recruiting Client Executives and Territory Managers in your location.

Ability to train, develop, motivate & manage your direct reports.

Analyze prospects and clients merchant information through our consultative sales approach.

Recommend both merchant services and point of sale technology to meet your client’s needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

5 years B2B sales experience

3 RECENT years Merchant Services sales required.

3 years Managing direct reports.

2 years Recruiting
