General office and administrative duties
Provide customer service via email and chat support
Check inventory of product in the warehouse
Some customer service over the phone
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Must be able to type at least 50 wpm with a high accuracy
Must have good spelling grammar
Customer service background
No Degree Required
Ability to work overtime as needed
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
This is a long term position with the opportunity to be hired with the company. Pay rate is negotiable.
