Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct recruitment effort for all employees, participate in selection process, and manage onboarding.
Implement and administer various HR plans and procedures for all company employees.
Advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Assist in implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and manage benefits administration.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, succession planning).
Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal requirements including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, EEO and others.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Plan and execute HR initiatives that support the strategic goals of the organization.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles.
Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
