JOB REQUIREMENTS: Be a part of an exciting community initiative assisting the homeless by working at the warming center, Sojourner House, in Eau Claire. Catholic Charities has a full time opening for a Lead Staff to assist in the operations of the house and provide supervision, support, and training to volunteers during assigned evening, morning, and night shifts. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision making and interpersonal skills. Be recognized as a leader and respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable desired.
