The Opportunity

This position works out of our Kuwait location in the Nutrition Division. In this division our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna® and ZonePerfect® – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct quarterly monitoring/audit to make sure they are compliant with the policy and requirements.

  • Review & approve all activities to be performed with Health Care Professionals, and Health Care Institutions to ensure compliance with the policy and Abbott requirements are met before proceeding with the activity.

  • Review and approve samples reconciliation on quarterly basis.

  • Review and approve Debit Notes to distributors.

  • Review and approve all invoices before payment to ensure all pre and post event documentation are in place.

  • Perform Denied Party Screening on all HCPs, HCIs and customers on quarterly basis.

  • Perform market visit with team members to ensure activities and visits are done in the right way.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, pharma or related is the minimum requirement.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Internal audit experience or compliance reviews experience is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working in a similar role– preferably in a large organization / multinational.

  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical sector experience is advantageous.
