您將如何對這個角色產生影響力?

我們前線的Travel & Lifestyle Consultant旅遊和生活體驗助理 擔當一個重要的角色, 每天為我們最尊貴的卡會員提供超凡的專屬體驗. 在一個以線上虛擬方式工作的客戶聯絡中心,以電話和電郵的方式為卡會員提供與旅行和生活體驗相關的服務查詢。

作為一個成功的Travel & Lifestyle Consultant旅遊和生活體驗助理對推動優質客戶服務,、建立良好的客戶關係和溝通, 及策劃難忘的會員體驗有著與生俱來的熱衷。他們對生活品味與奢侈品的相關趨勢和國際發生的大小活動有著敏銳的觸角,並對透過增強品牌價值可以提高客戶的體驗帶來的意義而感到自豪。

:

  • 為卡會員提供所需的旅遊和生活體驗相關的服務和協助,願意承擔責任的同時需確保無瑕疵的客戶服務

  • 有策略地推薦適合會員需求的產品及提供個性化的服務

  • 提供最佳的客戶服務體驗,透過每次的接觸與卡會員建立良好關係

  • 運用多個不同的系統與作業流程並通過各種客戶渠道進行有效的溝通

  • 準確和詳細地記錄必要訊息,追蹤並完成卡會員之需求

  • 對有關白金卡產品、禮遇和會員服務擁有相當的了解和專業知識

  • 熟悉旅遊產品和了解旅遊行業趨勢及其對工作領域的影響

運用良好的溝通與白金客戶經理緊密合作,深入了解個別會員的概況、偏好、歷史和期望, 致力提供所需支援

* * 入職要求 :

  • 需要有旅遊工作相關的經驗

  • 至少 2 年的尊尚旅遊服務和旅遊策劃相關的工作經驗,懂得GDS /Sabre預訂系統會作優先考慮

  • 文憑或大學以上學歷

  • 流利中文、英文會話和書寫;口語表達清晰、流暢

  • 了解世界地理和旅遊目的地,包括環球餐嚮和生活品味與奢侈品的相關趨勢

  • 處事積極,正向,樂於學習,願意接受挑戰

  • 善於團隊工作,能適應在快速變化的環境並有能力彈性調整工作順序

  • 展現對服務的熱誠,具有卓越的客戶服務技巧,能為尊貴客戶提供個性化和專業的服務

  • 具有優秀溝通能力和協調能力,並能透過良好的聽力技巧能去了解客戶需求從而根據情況作出細節調整

  • 用心傾聽客戶需求和善於書寫和會話交流,妥善處理卡會員多元化需

  • 能彈性調整配合輪班工作

我們每週 7 天/每天 24 小時為我們的卡會員提供服務。我們的營業時間可能會根據業務需求而變化。成功的候選人需要輪班工作,從周一到週日。

How will you make an impact in this role?

As an American Express Travel & Lifestyle Consultant, you will be ready to take whatever travel request comes your way. Here’s just some of what you could be doing each day:

  • Delivering an innovative service to your customers through multi-channel servicing designed to meet their individual requirements

  • Consulting with our Card Members through phone and digital channels such as e-mail servicing and website booking support so that you can recommend relevant products and services that are perfectly tailored to their needs

  • Troubleshooting any customer issues relating to the use of the travel website and expertly guiding customers whilst they navigate around the site

  • Creating unique travel & lifestyle experiences by expertly booking domestic and international flights, cars and hotels

  • Using your in-depth knowledge to help Card Members access their exclusive benefits, including how to make the most of their Membership Reward points

  • You will always put the Card Member’s experience at the forefront of everything you do, reinforcing the Membership First mindset and winning their loyalty

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including active listening in Cantonese, and English (Mandarin is beneficial)

  • Sales experience and the consultative skills to confidently recommend and cross-sell relevant products and services via phone and digital channels

  • Confident computer skills are vital as you’ll be using several different tools and systems daily

  • Ability to consult and convey extraordinary care through exceptional writing skills

  • A flair for building long-lasting customer relationships through your ability to thoroughly understand your customer and your strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A good knowledge of travel and world geography thanks to a lengthy spell spent exploring the world OR a recent history of selling domestic and international travel and lifestyle

  • Resilience and composure to remain positive under pressure and in changing circumstances

  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

  • The flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
