Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership for processes such as SLP (supplier lifecycle management), Buying & Invoicing module, sourcing, and contracting.
Spearhead technology implementation by leading design workshops and providing functional insight into requirements
Facilitate appropriate international SME involvement in design sessions
Perform reviews for functional specifications and technical architecture
Drive decision making by collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to complete design
Conduct data analysis/review as per the requirements of the implementation process
Support development of build plan and manage build process
Work with cross functional teams to align on testing strategy
Organizing testing structure and facilitation (e.g., setting schedule)
Oversee testing execution and drive it to completion on time
Support development of cutover strategy and planning activities
Lead deployment and go-live for SLP, Buying & Invoicing module
Provide additional intensive support after the go live of systems to minimize risk and avoid business interruptions
Oversee and manage the change management, communication, and training strategies and approaches
Support training planning and train-the-trainer activities

Expected A r eas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)
5+ Years work experience in Ariba SLP, Buying & Invoicing module implementation including deployment, workshop, testing, and training.
Experience with e-Procurement technology packages of Ariba
Experience with Procurement process transformation: including sourcing, project experience and/or implementing digital procurement technologies, process mapping, and business process review
Experience with two or more of the following: SLP, Buying & Invoicing, supplier enablement, and catalog implementation
Good command of written and spoken English
