Overview

THE ROLE

The project management intern responsible to build strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on achieving progress in achieving clients’ marketing objectives with an efficiency that results in profit to agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in coordinating various aspects of digital projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope.

  • Helping to track project timelines, deadlines, and milestones, and ensuring that all team members and clients are aware of important dates and deliverables.

  • Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and risk logs.

  • Working closely with internal and external teams (e.g., client, developers, designers, marketers, media, vendor) to ensure that everyone has the information they need to complete their work successfully.

  • Helping to allocate internal resources (e.g., developers, designers) to different project tasks and ensuring they are being used effectively.

  • Support testing and issue resolution, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Marketing or any related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with collaborating with internal teams and clients.

  • Ability to support in developing creative briefs, timeline, asset management, and providing feedback on creative or development outputs.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, creative environment with designers, developers, and brand team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira).

  • Understanding and familiarity with software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Ability to ensure that multimedia assets meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

  • Analytical thinking and ability to assist with resolving issues during project execution.

  • Applicant should be a Malaysian citizens or hold a relevant valid visa to work in Malaysia.
