Job Description Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Copy & Design Specialist to join our regional team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling stories, with engaging copy and visual assets to support our marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Senior Content Strategist based in Singapore, you will collaborate with regional and country teams to develop impactful content and design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, and advertisements.

• Create visually appealing assets, including graphics, illustrations, and videos, to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

• Ensure materials created are compliant with our brand color identity and tone of voice.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand and engaging content for a diverse audience.

• Ensure consistency in messaging and design across all marketing materials and channels.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing assets.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with other marketing tasks and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in copywriting and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your writing samples and design projects.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and persuasive content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

• You have started experimenting content creation with AI and LLM solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions accordingly.

• Previous working experience in an agency is a plus.

• Previous working experience in healthcare or for healthcare-related clients is a plus.

• Knowledge of approval platforms like Veeva Vault or Adobe Workfront is a plus.

• Able to speak another language from the region is a plus.
