Danaher Corporation Analyst in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Ensure policies, procedures and process flows are adhered to, updated, and reviewed as per Company guidelines.
• To manage Accounts payable Process which includes:
‐ Perform Employee Travel & Expenses Claims audit/validation tasks.
‐ Ensure staff claims are verified in compliance with financial policies and procedures. ‐ Submit approved claims for payment on timely manner. ‐ Handle and resolve queries related to staff claims. ‐ Back‐up others team members during co‐workers absent. ‐ Ensure others T&E related tasks executed in timely manner. • Work with team to identify root causes and work on counter measures. • Planning & coordinating with finance & business operation teams on financial data & report, transacting accounting entries, ensuring completeness & timeliness of entries booking. • Work closely with other finance team within the organization for monthly closing schedule and ensures Accounts Payable is closed on a timely basis. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data. • Handle special/ad hoc projects as assigned
