In this role you are an important part of the Customer Care Small Enterprises Team. You are the first point of contact for our clients, and responsible for their warm welcome.
Youll be helping clients resolving their issues. Youd build a phenomenal client journey and also ensure that our customers’ data is up to date.
In Poland the office is in Kraków. However, this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually or from the office.
Aon is in the business of better decisions
At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.
As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
What the day will look like
It's 8:30 am. You are sitting at home or in the office with the first cup of coffee or tea. You put on your headset, and you receive a first inbound call from a client. Your day has started! You say “Hello” offering a client help. In some cases, you give the client a handover to your colleague in the Netherlands. After you have helped several clients, it is time to take off your headset, have some lunch and get started with the administrative tasks of the day. There’s a list of things to do for which you are responsible for. It can be a request of a copy of the invoice to e-mail to the client. It can also be supervising work. In the meanwhile, you also check your feedback from the clients` survey because you want to learn from it to do a little better every day. At 17:00 you close your laptop; another great day have passed - you have helped many clients!
How this opportunity is different
In the Netherlands there are some additional regulations whether you are allowed to give advice to clients or not. That’s why we split some tasks and calls. But if you want, you will get support to develop yourself and get those required diplomas, to enable you to do the same work as the colleagues in the Netherlands.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Are you orientated in, or do you have some experience in tourism or other services industry? Would you like you to transfer to the finance industry? Then for sure we’d like to hear from you.
You are flexible and can prioritize well
You are customer-focused and would like to improve the communication skills
You like to collaborate with people to serve the customer well
Your level of English and Dutch are at least on a C1 level
How we support our colleagues
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce. Plus, our agile environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon. Furthermore, all colleagues enjoy two “Global Wellbeing Days” each year, encouraging you to take time to focus on yourself. We offer a variety of working style solutions for our colleagues as well.
