AON Access Management Specialist in Krakow, Poland

Access Management Specialist

Access Management Specialist is responsible for human and non-human account management including creating, provisioning, securing and inactivation of access to a wide range of technologies including Windows Active Directory, AS400, Unix, Microsoft Exchange, and other standalone applications.

Our office is located in Krakow and this is a hybrid role, with the minimum requirement of working 2 days in the office a week.

What the day will look like

To deliver quality results and support business objectives, Specialists are required to fulfill a wide range of access request types with the highest level of accuracy and within defined service levels. Access Management Specialists must be compliant with Aon’s security policies and standards at all times and be able to effectively communicate policies and standards to end users, leadership, and peers to ensure compliant practices.

Additional role responsibilities include:

  • Ability to handle sensitive data.

  • Work independently.

  • Regularly participate in the development/optimization of workflows, documentation and other organization related support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to services.

  • Occasional on-call responsibilities per business requirements.

  • Occasional involvement in projects or special tasks as required.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent years of relevant industry experience in Identity and Access Management.

  • Demonstrated general knowledge of Windows/Active Directory including user, group and object management, organizational unit structure.

  • 2 years of professional experience in a similar field.

  • Fluency in Polish (C2) and advanced English skills (min. B2)

  • Demonstrated general understanding of MS Exchange/Mailbox for access administration, NTFS permissions and distributed file systems.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Powershell and scripting methods.

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow (incident and request), MS Office Suite of Tools.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Azure and Privileged Access Management (PAM) would be beneficial
