Senior Finance Analyst
to join our Finance team in our Szentendre office.
TVM (Team Value Management) is a critical part of Europe’s material cost reduction strategy and a key enabler to deliver profit growth. The scope of TVM Finance includes commercial cost reduction and design cost reduction actions across the supply base.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Work closely with Supply Chain to deliver ongoing, quarterly TVM Forecast commitments.
Support weekly reviews and reporting of TVM performance to target
Provide business analysis support to Engineering and Supply Chain for any design related TVM actions including Mega Projects
Ensuring the accuracy of the month end and quarterly close TVM accounted actuals, including performing account reconciliations
Support the review and optimization of financial claims submitted by suppliers
Support the development and verification of the annual Commercial TVM Budget
Support ad-hoc Global reviews, working closely with the Finance Team in Europe and North America
Support EU TVM in any regional or global process improvement initiatives
Are we looking for you? Yes, if….
You have a University / College degree and 3+ years' work experience in Finance
You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
You are confident in using MS Excel
You have strong analytical and time management skills
You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
You are passionate for understanding drivers
