SIDEWAY CAFE ASSISTANT MANAGER
You will be responsible tosupport the Director of Food and Beverage that oversee the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. Ideal candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge, particularly in Food and Beverage background.
Qualifications:
· Ideally with university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· 2 years’ work experience in similar capacity.
