Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to impactful projects that drive our companys success.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to meet specific client needs.
Provide expertise in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud to optimize manufacturing processes.
Implement SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience and functionality.
Manage SFDC Integration projects ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Configure SFDC applications to support business processes and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SFDC solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFDC applications.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and SFDC Lightning.
Have strong experience in SFDC Integration and Configuration.
Show a background in IT Consulting and Analytics is highly desirable.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
