Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Sr Product Specialist - Tech. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Spring Framework and related technologies along with a strong background in the Cards & Payments domain. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the companys mission of providing innovative payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex applications using the Spring Framework and its related technologies.

• Oversee the implementation of Spring JPA Spring MicroService Spring REST and Spring Security to ensure robust and secure applications.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

• Ensure the integration of various Spring modules such as Spring Batch Spring Boot Spring Cloud and Spring Data to enhance application functionality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring REST ensuring seamless communication between different system components.

• Implement security measures using Spring Security to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Optimize application performance by leveraging Spring MicroService architecture and best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Spring technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

• Contribute to the companys mission by developing innovative payment solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeline and budget meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of the Spring Framework and its related technologies including Spring JPA Spring MicroService Spring REST and Spring Security.

• Demonstrate experience in the Cards & Payments domain with a focus on Payments and Electronic Payments.
