Job Description:
Qualifications and Experience:
05 to 08 years of an experience in US healthcare domain, Mediclaim Assist .
Team handling experience is mandatory .
Excellent communication skills (English – Writing and Speaking)
Good in MS office (Excel and Power point)
Willing to work in Night shift.
Graduation must.
Responsibilities:
Should have good communication skills, both written and oral, client and people management skills
Regular meetings with the team, ensure required support and address concerns, if any.
Set goals for each team member and provide feedback and coach team and acts as the first level reviewer of Team’s performance.
Ensuring completion of targets assigned for the day and accountable for consistency of outputs both in terms of quality and timeliness
Understand the client sensitivity and exhibit commitment and ensuring response to client queries within agreed turnaround time.
Timely response to emails received from business/internal stakeholders.
Working on various set of reports that are required for daily/weekly/monthly metrics and hence should be well versed with excel and power point.
Knowledge & Experience on US Healthcare Domain.
Collaborates with Managers on key performance measures as set by the client.
Must be willing to extend the shift whenever there is a significant spike in volume.
Selected candidate should be willing to work from office.
