Job Title: Class A CDL Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Class A CDL Driver with extensive experience in operating low-boy/drop-deck trucks and dump trucks for heavy hauls. The ideal candidate must have a valid Class A CDL license and be willing to travel, with per diem and hotel accommodations provided.

Responsibilities

  • Operate low-boy/drop-deck trucks for transportation of heavy equipment.

  • Drive dump trucks for heavy haul operations.

  • Ensure the safety and security of cargo during loading and unloading.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.

Essential Skills

  • Valid Class A CDL license.

  • 5 years of low-boy/drop-deck driving experience preferred.

  • Proven experience in operating dump trucks for heavy hauls.

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in construction and heavy equipment transportation.

  • Tanker endorsement is a plus.

  • Ability to manage inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53040.00 - $58000.00/yr.
