Position Summary The Sales Planning team is made up of six individuals whose primary goal is to ensure all orders are placed to meet the expectations of our dealers while working within stated policies. The Order Processing Administrator is responsible for ensuring all orders received are in compliance with dealer allocation programs and sales promotions prior to being released. In addition, this role works with the Sales Operations team to resolve any order discrepancy and works with Scheduling to ensure that orders are released as scheduled within expectations. Job Functions / Responsibilities Review all incoming DTPOs for integrity, accuracy, and completeness Verify order compliance with sales promotion terms and conditions Archive relevant sales order data electronically via Docuware Report daily, weekly and monthly sales and backlog numbers Respond to Management requests for ad hoc information utilizing available data resources Contribute to the department's goal of continuously improving processes in Sales Planning Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related degree required or equivalent experience 2+ years of trucking industry experience desired Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and work effectively with a wide variety of people and functions Demonstrated ability to gather facts and resolve problems in a positive and efficient manner Applicant should be detail-oriented and able to perform time-sensitive tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with practical skills using MS Access and MS Excel to read, manipulate and analyze data Why work for PACCAR/Kenworth?
