Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. Multimedia Manager (Hybrid) - PINKERTONR5190 in Kirkland, Washington

The Multimedia Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing a variety of multimedia content to support the client's communication goals. The Manager will blend creative and technical skills to assist the Global Security Communications team with messaging and marketing strategies. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office/remote). Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Develop high-quality content including videos, animations, graphics, and other visual media to support Global Security communications.
  3. Continually improve security services, build team and corporate collaboration opportunities, and raise awareness through Global Security communications and security best practices among the client's employees, vendors, and contingent staff.
  4. Develop global marketing and communications strategies with Global Security Communications team and apply, as needed.
  5. Advise and assist the Communications Program Manager in the development and maintenance of global messaging and communications plans and strategies.
  6. Partner with regional external and internal stakeholders and global security customers to identify global security business line communication opportunities.
  7. Determine project requirements and develop site-specific marketing strategies around the deployment of messaging to ensure alignment with the client's and Global Security business plans.
  8. Partner with Global Security Communications and Internal Communications to implement branding for new marketing designs.
  9. Assist with security awareness campaigns to address specific security issues.
  10. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement content for a variety of internal communications mediums such as social media channels, newsletters, quarterly business updates or regular email bulletin.
  11. Write and edit scripts and storyboards, handle pre-production planning, and perform post-production editing for video and audio content.
  12. Ensure Internal Communication's messages are consistent across all mediums and departments and aligned with the Global Security and Corporate Communication strategy.
  13. Manage delivery of complex projects and programs from development to completion.
  14. Assist with development and implementation of communication training packages as appropriate for members within the Global Security community.
  15. Manage and provide direction to internal and external vendors, as needed.
  16. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and marketing/multimedia experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
