Requisition Summary The Fleet Management & Global Sales departments support the quote, order, build, aftersales, and technical processes for Kenworth's large fleet and export customers. This dynamic team works consistently with all areas of the business to provide customer service, technical expertise, and improved product offerings. Job Functions / Responsibilities Develop and implement project(s) including, but not limited to; new tracking dashboards, process improvements, and new procedures to improve group efficiencies to enhance customer service success for our key fleet and export customers. Manage project(s) through conducting meetings, tracking progress, and driving action through lateral management. Support fleet and export customers through spec reviews, order processing, and pilot builds. Identify and develop cross-functional relationships across the sales organization. Travel opportunities to support fleet events, pilot reviews, and/or quarterly business reviews. Ad-hoc tasks assigned as needed. Skills / Competencies Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with a variety of people and functions Outstanding oral and written communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Able to work collaboratively to complete projects Capability to analyze ambiguous and complex information and make sound business decisions Demonstrated working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, or other similar business system Education Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a focus in Business, Marketing, Operations, Data Sciences, or other related fields. Junior or senior standing preferred.
